Below are some suggested upgrade procedures to help you upgrade from older HOD versions to HOD 10 (HOD 10 is the current production HOD environment). This should work fine if the desktop has the latest Java properly installed, and is known to work properly on Windows Vista)

1. Remove your current HOD cached client by going to the HOD cached client removal page.
2. Install the new HOD cached client. It is easiest to check "Always trust content from IBM" if you get a certificate security warning.
3. Close all open browser windows.
4. Navigate to the HOD client page
